The Board of Directors has in place BOD Charter formulated as guidelines for the Board of Directors in conducting the duties and responsibilities transparently, accountably, responsibly, independently and fairly in order to achieve the Company's objectives and provide the value expected by the parties concerned.
The Board of Commissioners (BOC) has in place BOC Charter as a guideline to conduct their duties.
