Corporate Secretary
The Company has in place Corporate Secretary before 1997. Related to the enforcement of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan regulation No. 35/ POJK.04/2014 dated December 8, 2014, the Company reaffirmed the previous assignment on May 19, 2015 by issuing Letter of Corporate Secretary Appointment.

Indonesia citizen, was born in Medan, year 1961, domicile in Tangerang. He has been serving as Corporate Secretary since 1995. From 2001 to 2007, he served concurrently as General Manager of Human Resources and has been serving concurrently as Head of Corporate Legal Division since 2009. Previously he was Accounting Manager of PT. Inbisco Niagatama Semesta from 1989 to 1993 and Head of Accounting Division of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk from 1993 to 1995.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Tarumanegara University and earned his Master of Management from the Indonusa Esa Unggul University.
The legal basis of his appointment is the Letter of Corporate Secretary Appointment No. MI/INT/V/2015 dated May 19, 2015.
Junih Gunawan
Company's Corporate Secretary
Indonesia citizen, was born in Jakarta, year 1966, domicile in Jakarta. First joined the Company in 1990 as Administration Staff, she was subsequently assigned in the Personnel Division, General Affairs Division, Legal Division, Finance Division and BOD Secretary.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Tarumanagara University.
The legal basis of her appointment is the Letter of Corporate Secretary Appointment No. MI/INT/V/2015 dated May 19, 2015.
